After a serious conversation with a local authority, the mayor drinks too much and falls into a coma. Now, Katerina is the acting mayor, as that same authority decided. Katerina plans to simply enjoy life in her new status, but everything changes when she meets Sergey, a young doctor who loves his job and his Lisyegorsk.
