Otama gets humiliated and killed by a policeman. A farmer’s daughter, Omitsu, is sold to Cyobei, an owner of a brothel, and gets awful torture from the policeman. Time passed by and Omitsu’s daughter, Omiyo, approaches Chobei to revenge the policeman.
