Konoe hopes to hire the assassin Shirasoni to kill his enemies but Shirsoni, opposing Japan's colonial stance in Korea, is driven into Kim Du-han's camp instead and they, together with Hwang Ryong, unite to drive the Yakuza from Seoul.
